Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification once your order has shipped.

Please note that total delivery time consists of order processing time plus shipping transit time.

Backordered Items

In case you ordered an out of stock item, please allow additional processing time before shipment. Backordered items usually ship within 1 to 2 weeks.

Stolen or Lost Packages

Once a package is marked as delivered by the courier, it is considered successfully delivered. In the unfortunate event that a package is stolen or lost after delivery, responsibility transfers to the customer.

We encourage customers to closely monitor tracking updates and select a secure delivery location whenever possible.

How do I check the status of my order?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

If your order has not arrived within 15 days after receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@maisonandaurora.com with your order number.

Refunds, Returns and Exchanges

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, provided the item is unused and returned in its original condition.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
