Returns & Exchanges

We understand that sometimes an item may not be exactly what you expected. This policy explains how returns, exchanges and refunds work at Maison & Aurora.

Return Eligibility

We offer a 30 day return guarantee from the date your order is placed.

To be eligible for a return, your return request must meet both of the following conditions:

• The return request must be submitted within 30 days of the order date.
• The return request must be submitted within 14 days of the delivery date.

Returns requested after either of these periods cannot be accepted.

All returned items must be:

• Unworn
• Unused
• Unwashed
• Free from stains, odors, pet hair or damage
• Returned in their original packaging with all tags attached

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

How To Start A Return

To request a return, please contact us at support@maisonandaurora.com and provide:

• Full name
• Email address
• Order number
• Product name(s)
• Reason for return

Our team will review your request and provide further instructions if your return is approved.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the item received is faulty or incorrect.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Final Sale Items

Items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return, exchange or refund.

Final Sale products are clearly marked on the product page and at checkout.

Exchanges

We are happy to offer exchanges for eligible items that are in stock.

Once your return has been received and approved, we will process the exchange.

Please note that exchange items cannot be reserved and availability cannot be guaranteed.

If the requested item is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead.

Refund Processing

Once your return arrives at our warehouse and passes inspection, your refund will be processed within 7 business days.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Depending on your payment provider or bank, it may take an additional 3 to 10 business days for the funds to appear in your account.

Faulty Or Damaged Items

If you receive a faulty, damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Email support@maisonandaurora.com and include:

• Full name
• Order number
• Product name
• Clear photo of the issue
• Full photo of the item

Claims submitted after 7 days of delivery may not be eligible for resolution.

Missing Or Incorrect Items

Orders may occasionally be shipped in multiple parcels.

If you believe an item is missing or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide:

• Order number
• Product name
• Photo of the received item (if applicable)

Claims submitted after 7 days of delivery may not be accepted.

Return Inspection

All returned items are inspected upon arrival.

Items returned in unsuitable condition, showing signs of wear, washing, damage or misuse may be rejected and returned to the customer.
